Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what is allowed and prohibited when using Airbrush Enhancer (the “Service”). It applies to all visitors, users, and customers of airbrushenhancer.com and any related applications.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may not upload, process, or distribute any content that:

• Sexually Explicit Material: Includes pornography, explicit sexual acts, or content intended to arouse sexual interest.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Includes the creation or enhancement of “Deepfakes,” “AI-undressing,” or any modification of images to create intimate or sexually explicit imagery of individuals without their express consent.
• Child Exploitation (Zero Tolerance): Any content that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. We will terminate accounts immediately and report such activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
• Hateful & Harassing Content: Promotes discrimination, disparages, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• AI Usage Scope: Our service integrates AI capabilities into a broader application workflow and does not function as a general-purpose AI generation interface.
• Violence & Gore: Includes extreme violence, gore, or content that incites self-harm or illegal acts.
• Deceptive Content: Impersonates any person or misleads others about the authenticity of an image for fraudulent purposes.

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or process images you do not own or have the legal right/license to use.
• Bypass Safety Filters: Attempt to circumvent our automated NSFW (Not Safe For Work) detection or other security measures.
• Abuse Likeness Rights: Use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content featuring the likeness of any identifiable person.
• Infrastructure Interference: Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to overload, disrupt, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious code through enhanced outputs.

• Automated Monitoring: To ensure a safe environment, we employ automated AI moderation tools to scan uploads and outputs for policy violations. We reserve the right to block any image that triggers these safety filters.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the images you upload and for how you use the enhanced outputs. Do not represent AI-processed images as “authentic unedited records” when such representation may mislead the public or cause harm.
• Third-Party Terms: The Service may use upstream AI providers (e.g., cloud GPU or model providers). You must comply with their respective safety and usage requirements in addition to this AUP.

• Ownership: We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited, global license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Rights Representation: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents from any person appearing in your images to use the Service for enhancement.
• Copyright Infringement: If you believe your content has been used improperly, contact us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Actions may include:

• Issuing a formal warning.
• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Removal or blocking of prohibited content.
• Reporting illegal activities (especially involving minors) to the appropriate authorities.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion.

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our Service capabilities. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
